Once you Sign the Estimate we start to file all the permits needed. Permits usually take 3-4 days to get from NYC Department of Transportation.
Schedule Work To Begin
We will schedule to start work on your sidewalk. Depending on hw busy we are it will usually takes us 1-2 weeks to come out and start the work
Work Completion Time
Sign your estimate right from your Phone or Computer. We will receive a copy and start to file the permits for the Sidewalk Repairs.
Schedule Inspection with D.O.T
Once the work is completed we will Schedule inspection with NYC Department of Transportation.
Average Inspection Time 1 Month
It takes any where from 1-2 months for DOT to come out and do an inspection.

We guaranty DOT Inspection will pass and Violation removed. If there is any Issue from DOT regarding the repairs, We will come out and fix the repairs at no cost to the client.
